They are so lovely.....

Have I mentioned how much my girls loved Valentines? They also love playing on the neighbors rope swing, wrestling with Dad, taking Gumby to lunch....and each other. Here are some pics so you can see for yourself!

Daddy and Lauryn @ her school V-day party.

Christmas time with Gumby

More Valentines w/ friend Kayen.

Daddy wrapes them up in blankets and then pulls them out really quick so they roll a bunch of times. They love it!

Swinging on the rope swing.

It's finished....

Okay, so I could only find one before picture of the bathroom. It happens to be the bathroom when we purchased the house, before we painted the walls and put in new flooring. This picture helps you to see just how out of date and yukko it was. Brother in law Bill is the main attraction! :)

The old vanity was two single units pushed together to make one big one. The double sinks were really on one, made to look like two. Really. Everytime Ryan would use his sink a horrible smell would come out of mine. They didn't drain well either. So, my husband worked hard to lay new flooring, we hired our friend the plumber to properly plumb for TWO sinks and we painted. And here she is!

Yippy!!!!

Wow!!!! Really?

My goodness have I ever been slacking! Satan has a way of making me feel very guilty when I am not keeping up on "things". I am reminded when I haven't posted in awhile that I also have not journaled like I would like too, nor have I finished Liza's scrap book from her FIRST year, let alone Lauryn's and all the years since. But after I yell at Satan to "get behind me" I am reminded that there are many things I am doing......

We have had a great couple of months. Everyone has stayed healthy the weather is starting to reveal Spring. The plumber is here so we can put the upstairs bathroom back together. Our church has started the discussion of construction with one construction company and I have been blessed enough to be part of that. Ryan has been able to ski.....lots! The girls really understood Valentines this year, and we had so much fun. The real estate market seems to be picking up for the Higgins Team as we put 6 deals into contract in the last couple of weeks, WAHOO!

AND, the Warriors have started playing ball....Life is good.

GO WARRIORS! If you ever catch a game...we will probably be there, and you will probably hear the girls saying just that!

MMUAHHH!
