An update!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! We have had quite the month. Blessings upon blessings have been falling all around us. We started off the month of December with a girls night at the Lewiston Civic Theater for the outstanding show of "Peter Pan" the girls loved it. Lauryn now finds herself falling in and out of the character Peter. It's fun. We then got to go and visit my family for almost a week in Nampa and had a great time. The girls had lots of one on one time with Papa going to the island and visiting the trains. Mom got some much needed time doing NOTHING. We can't forget the annual Basque'O Fiasco in Meridian where I got to spend some time with the entire Knee side of the family, Santa even made a visit. We had our FROG (Fully rely on God) Christmas party, the FROG's are the Higgins Home Team, team members.
Our FIRST WHITE Christmas was low key and we stayed in our jammies all day, we have never done that and it was so welcomed. The girls got lot's of practice on their x-country skis and Dad was a huge help, he is determined to make skiers of them.
2008 was a spectacular year for us and we pray that 2009 is the same. May God grace us everyday with his presence and hold us tight in His arms of protection.....same to you too!
Enjoy some pictures from our month!

Liza @ her first piano recital, she did awesome!

Grandma & Grandpa couldn't figure out how to leave a comment...here it is.

Liza was the youngest (5) and the ONLY participant who smiled the whole time she played....except for her moment with her tongue in that Ryan/Liza corner...a sign of total concentration! Loves G&G
